WVB: All-Region Teams Announced

CHICAGO — Region 4 has announced its 2025 NJCAA Women’s Volleyball All-Region Team, recognizing outstanding individual performances following a highly competitive Division I season.

Olive-Harvey College earned the Region 4 Championship, while Malcolm X College finished as runner-up, as the two programs set the standard for excellence throughout conference play and the postseason.

Leonard received the most All-Region votes, earning Region 4 Player of the Year honors and an All-American nomination. She was a dominant presence throughout the season and a key factor in Olive-Harvey’s championship run.

Region 4 Coach of the Year
Rakecia Jenkins, Olive-Harvey College
Jenkins guided the Panthers to the Region 4 title, leading one of the most complete and consistent teams in the conference. Her leadership helped Olive-Harvey excel in both regular-season and postseason play.
