MBB VIDEO: Panthers Soar Past Statesmen in Crosstown Clash

CHICAGO — Browder Marcus poured in a game-high 22 points on 8-of-13 shooting with three 3-pointers, six assists, six rebounds and two steals, and Justin Jones added 19 points on 6-of-10 shooting with three 3-pointers and five rebounds as Olive-Harvey College defeated Kennedy-King College 75-59 on Tuesday night.

Yabsa Nydiane contributed 17 points on 6-of-9 shooting with four 3-pointers, three assists and two steals, while Ford Jayden chipped in eight points and four blocks for the Panthers, who led 39-28 at halftime and maintained control throughout.

Jedidiah Adesoji Johnson provided three points and five rebounds off the bench, and Brick Nkuga added two points.

Olive-Harvey shot 54.9 percent from the field and 44 percent from beyond the arc while dishing 16 assists and blocking eight shots as a team in the home victory.
