Games of the Year: Panthers Pull Away From Statesmen Behind Phillips' 23

— Khadijah Phillips poured in a game-high 23 points on efficient 9-of-15 shooting with five rebounds and two assists, and Dijionna Berrien delivered a double-double with 17 points and 14 rebounds as Olive-Harvey College defeated Kennedy-King College 82-72 on Tuesday night.  The win over the CCC number 1 ranked team improved the Panthers record to 13-7 (4-0) and sole possession of first place in the conference.

Karla Thomas added 16 points on 6-of-8 shooting with 13 rebounds, two blocks and two steals, while Angel Dickerson contributed 15 points, nine rebounds, six assists and two steals for the Panthers.

The loss for 14-5 Kennedy-King (5-1) was the first in conference play and just the second in their last six games.
