The Wright College Rams secured a thrilling 69-62 victory over the Truman College Falcons on December 3 at The Flight Center, thanks to a strong second-half comeback. With this win, the Rams improved their season record to 3-7 (1-1) and continued their solid form at home.

Trailing 37-34 at halftime, Wright turned up the defensive pressure in the second half, limiting the Falcons to just 25 points while outscoring them by 11. The Rams were led by Jashawnn Bates, who delivered a well-rounded performance with 15 points, 3 rebounds, and 2 assists, providing a crucial spark on both ends of the floor.

Knyle Lundy added 11 points, shooting 5-of-12 from the field, while forward Jamajae Garner was dominant inside, contributing 13 points and pulling down 8 rebounds. Garner’s effort on the boards helped the Rams stay competitive, especially in key moments down the stretch.

The Rams’ balanced attack also featured solid contributions from their bench. DeAndre Miller chipped in 7 points and dished out 4 assists, while Ebrahim JarJue added 4 points and 4 rebounds.  Truman dropped to 0-6 (0-2) with the loss.
