The Malcolm X Hawks men's basketball team cruised to an 88-64 victory over the Truman Falcons on January 23, 2025, behind a balanced offensive attack and efficient shooting.

Juaquin Dixon led all scorers with 24 points on an impressive 11-17 shooting from the field. He added 6 rebounds and 4 assists, helping the Hawks dominate both offensively and defensively. Jaloni Johnson also had a strong game, contributing 16 points while going 5-12 from the field and knocking down two three-pointers. He added 4 rebounds and 3 assists, giving the Hawks a well-rounded performance.

The Hawks were sharp from beyond the arc, shooting 39.1% on 9-23 from three-point range.
