WBB: Malcolm X vs. Southwestern Illinois

BELLEVILLE, Ill. — Diara Tolbert led with a team-high nine points on a pair of 3-pointers, and Kenosha Walker contributed five points, 10 rebounds, seven blocks and four steals, but Malcolm X College fell 88-49 to Southwestern Illinois College on Monday night.

Nia Allen added five points, a team-high 11 rebounds and four steals, while Christin Brewer also posted five points and 10 rebounds for the Hawks.

Lakayla Hudson provided eight points and eight rebounds off the bench, and Madison Dypold chipped in eight points. Zoe Fletcher added five points with three assists.

Malcolm X grabbed 49 rebounds, including 15 on the offensive end, and blocked seven shots as a team despite the road setback.
