MSOC: All-Region Teams Announced

CHICAGO — Region 4 has announced its 2025 NJCAA Division I Men’s Soccer All-Region Team, recognizing the top performers from the conference following a competitive season of league and postseason play.

Harry S. Truman College captured the Region 4 championship, finishing the season 17-2-1 overall, while Richard J. Daley College earned runner-up honors. Truman’s championship run was highlighted by four All-Region selections and the conference’s top individual awards.

Makonese led the region with 32 points, recording 9 goals and 14 assists during the season. He also earned an All-American nomination.

Truman’s offensive unit accounted for 55 goals during the season, while its defense allowed just over one goal per match, underscoring the balance that led to the Region 4 title. Goalkeeper Oliver Bewell’s consistency played a key role in Truman’s postseason success.

The All-Region team was selected through voting by Region 4 coaches and administrators and reflects regular-season and postseason performance.
